About Sue
On the road for a story in Western Australia
Sue White is a highly regarded freelance writer whose work is published in newspapers and magazines (both print and electronic) across Australia and internationally.
In 2011 her main focus was filing stories for the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age (Melbourne), ABC online, Australian Geographic online and Yoga Journal Australia.
In January 2012, Sue launched two smartphone apps for iPhones/iPads. The first, Yoga Holidays Worldwide (available on iTunes for iPhones/iPads, and via the Android Market for other smartphones) features over 140 of the world’s best yoga holidays. The second, Sydney On The Green, highlights the best of Sydney’s sustainability offerings. In 2011 Sue also launched a series of short eBooks on Amazon.
Like most successful freelancers, Sue can write on almost any topic. Her current areas of focus include travel, environment, careers/education and wellbeing.
When she’s not away on a story, Sue works from her home office near the beach in Sydney.
Sue also teaches travel writing and feature writing at the Sydney Writers’ Centre.
